RESERVATIONS

In order to obtain your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible. All appointments are confirmed by text or email. If you do not receive confirmation within 2 hours of making an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to make sure that your appointment has been booked. Please arrive 15mins prior to your appointment. Your service will begin at the scheduled time.

We do not have a formal receptionist. If we are unavailable or with a client, please leave a message with your name and phone number so we can get back to you as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our services are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible. We appreciate your understanding.

LATE POLICY

Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. If you are late to an appointment it will still finish at the scheduled time in order to accommodate the next client and you will still be charged full price. If you are at least 20mins late and we haven’t heard from you, your appointment will be treated as a NO SHOW and subject to our no show fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

NO SHOW POLICY

Please be courteous and notify us if you cannot make your appointment.

  • 1st No Show - Free pass as we realize this sometimes happens

  • 2nd No Show - 50% of the scheduled service

  • 3rd No Show - Full payment of service will be required at time of booking

Although we make every effort to keep our website and beauty bar menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

REFUNDS

We strive to provide the utmost in customer service and satisfaction with our services provided. If you experience an allergy or are displeased with your service, please bring it to our attention at the time of checkout. We’d love the opportunity to make it right by offering a complimentary follow up service on a case by case basis. We do not provide refunds on services; the sole remedy is providing a complimentary follow up service.

ALLERGIES

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us as soon as possible and seek medical assistance from your health care practitioner. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions or permanent makeup/cosmetic tattooing in the past, please let us know before your appointment so we can administer a patch test (if applicable).

FOREIGN WORK FROM ANOTHER ARTIST OR SPA - WORK NOT PREVIOUSLY DONE BY PRETTY ESTHETICS

We will perform PMU and lash services on work that was not originally done by Pretty Esthetics as long as it is good quality and condition. We care about the health of your lashes and PMU treatment areas. Sometimes, the previous work may be determined to be harmful to work over and we may suggest removal. For the best results, it is preferred to do a removal and then a full set or PMU service, as all salons use different products and techniques. If you are unsure please email us some photos or contact us to book a consultation.

LASH EXTENSION FILL APPOINTMENTS

Please schedule your fill appointments every 2-3 weeks to maintain your eyelash extensions. Our maximum time limit for fills is 4 weeks for traditional lashes and 5 weeks for LED/UV lashes - anything over 4 weeks/5 weeks is considered a full set. Even if you still have many lashes left after 4 or 5 weeks, the majority will be grown out after this time period and therefore need to be removed.

Fills are booked by time depending on the time it has been since your last appointment and the amount of lashes you have left on. The more time you book, the more lashes will be applied and the fuller result you will get. To maintain a fuller look you may wish to consider more frequent fill appointments or booking a longer fill time.

EYE MAKEUP & CONTACT LENSES

Please make sure your lashes are clean and free from eye makeup before your appointment. If your lashes need to be cleaned during your appointment time, this will reduce the time available for the application of lashes. It may also mean that your lashes do not last as long if there is makeup residue remaining on your lashes.

We also request that you remove your contact lenses before any lash treatments. They can be put back in right after the service.

GUESTS

Please do not bring guests, children or pets to your appointment.

Book with confidence knowing each treatment is 100% guaranteed within the first 7 days of your appointment or we will fix it.

Conditions: You must have followed aftercare instructions and you must contact us within 7 days of your last appointment. If you contact us after 7 days has passed, we cannot be held responsible for any issues and your next treatment will be charged at full price.
